A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation, the slate grey field features a Malayer twist on the Herati design. The fringed open diamonds are gathered around a central pole, with bent leaves, rosettes, and palmettes accentuating the sides. The corners are plain in straw, and the border is a straw strip style with trapezoidal fringed palmettes set against a broad trapezoidal meander.
